The list you are checking is the 2023–2024 list of universities approved by China's Ministry of Education to enrol international students in English-taught undergraduate clinical medicine. Open the Ministry's notice 教外厅函〔2023〕10号 and its annex on the Ministry's site, then look for the university's Chinese name among the 44 rows. The Ministry's policy index showed no later edition when this site read it on 11 October 2026, so confirm the current year's status with the university and the Ministry.

Steps to check a university
Open the notice 教外厅函〔2023〕10号 on the Ministry of Education's website.
Open the annex attached to the notice, a Word file titled 2023—2024学年招收本科临床医学专业（英语授课）来华留学生的高等学校名单及招生计划表.
Look for the university's Chinese name in the annex.
Read the 序号 (serial number) in the first column to find the row.
Note the academic year in the annex title, 2023—2024学年.
Open the Ministry's policy index and look for a later edition of the annual list notice.
How the annex is arranged
The annex prints three columns: 序号 (serial number), 学校 (institution) and 2023—2024学年招生计划数 (enrolment plan for 2023–2024). The English on this page is this site's translation of the Chinese text in the notice and its annex. In the annex, the 学校 column shows the university's Chinese name; the English names shown on this page are this site's rendering, not text from the annex.

The annex's order and the size of an enrolment plan are not a ranking. This site does not call any university better, top, leading, cheaper or easier because of its position or plan number.
What a claim cannot replace
An agent's claim that a university is on the list cannot replace the annex itself. A university's own claim that it is on the list cannot replace the annex itself. Only reading the annex on the Ministry's site shows whether a university's Chinese name appears among the 44 rows.
